Costs and Payments
How much will the rental cost me?
Your weekly rate plus a refundable 300 dollar bond. The bond may be up to 600 dollars for higher risk applications. No hidden fees.
When do I get my bond back?
Within 3 to 5 business days after pickup and inspection.
What is excess and how much is it?
Excess is the maximum amount you may pay for major damage, loss, or theft.
Basic coverage
1400 dollar excess, 0 dollars per dayGold coverage
800 to 1000 dollar excess, 2 dollars per dayPlatinum coverage
500 to 700 dollar excess, 4 dollars per day
(Your liability is capped at your chosen plan.)
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You only pay your weekly rate and the refundable bond.
Requirements and Approval
What are the requirements to rent a scooter?
You must be 18 or older and provide valid ID, proof of address, and matching contact details.
Residents need a driver's license or passport.
Non residents need a passport and proof of accommodation. A higher bond may apply.
How does the pre approval process work?

Will this affect my credit score?
No. We do not perform credit checks.
Can international visitors rent?
Yes. You must provide your passport and proof of accommodation. We may also request additional information if needed to verify your stay or identity.
Delivery and Pickup
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. Delivery is available across the Gold Coast region depending on availability.
Delivery outside the Gold Coast requires an enquiry first.
How does pickup work?
We collect the scooter from the same address or a new agreed location. A brief check is done on pickup.
Using the Scooter
What if the scooter breaks down?
If the issue is from normal use or a mechanical fault, and not caused by tampering or misuse, we repair or replace it at no cost. Our maintenance team will assess and resolve the issue.
Can I ride in the rain?
Yes. Scooters are water resistant, not waterproof. Avoid deep puddles, flooding, or submerging the scooter.
Where am I allowed to ride?
Queensland rules allow riding on roads up to 50 kilometres per hour, bike lanes, and shared paths where permitted.
Maximum speed is 25 kilometres per hour. Helmet included and mandatory.
How do I charge the scooter?
Charge overnight for 4 to 6 hours. Typical range is 40 to 50 kilometres per charge.
Can someone else ride my scooter?
No. Only the approved renter may ride the scooter.
Damage, Loss and Theft
What happens if the scooter is damaged or stolen?
Normal wear is free. Accidental damage, weather related damage, and meaningful damage are assessed using our Damage Scale and your coverage plan.
All scooters are GPS tracked.
Loss, theft, or major damage is handled according to your excess.
If stolen, you must lodge a same day police report.
What counts as normal wear?
Light scratches, small scuffs, minor dirt, kickstand wear, and grip wear.
What is chargeable damage?
Cracked or bent parts, broken electronics, deep scratches, water damage from misuse, missing accessories, or tampering.
Rental Flexibility
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Contact us before your rental ends.
Can I end my rental early?
Yes, but unused weeks cannot be refunded.
What if I leave the Gold Coast temporarily?
You may leave the scooter locked at your address. Weekly payments continue regardless of use.
Returns and Cashback
How does the return inspection work?
We compare the scooter against the pre rental photos. A summary is sent within 24 to 48 hours.
How does cashback work?
Up to 20 percent cashback for excellent condition. Light wear returns 10 to 15 percent.
How long does the refund take?
3 to 5 business days after inspection.
